RS&W Billing Information
Rates (Effective April 1st, 2009):
Underdeveloped Lot - $123.00 per Quarter
This rate is for service availability and provides for the continued maintenance and upgrade of the water and sewer conveyance and treatment systems in The Hideout.
Developed Lot - $193.00 per Quarter
0 - 25,000 gallons – Base Rate of $193.00 per Quarter
26 - 35,000 gallons – Base Rate plus $7.00 per 1,000 gallons over 25,000
Over 35,000 gallons – Base Rate, plus $70.00, plus $10.00 per 1,000 gallons over 35,000
This rate is for both water and sewer service for Members of The Hideout only and also provides for the continued maintenance and upgrade of the water and sewer conveyance and treatment systems.
Billing Schedule:
Your sewer and water bill is mailed 4 times annually, before the 1st of April, July, October, and January, with payment due by the last day of each of the respective months.
Late payments will incur a 10% penalty. Balances over 60 days will be subject to interest of 1% monthly (12% per annum) on each outstanding quarterly bill.
To avoid penalties and interest, payments must be post marked prior to last day of the month or will be subject to the RS&W delinquency policy.

Prepayment Discount:
Customers are eligible for discounts when payment is made for a full year’s service. Payment for the year in full must be received by April 30th to qualify for the discounted rate.
$10 Discount – Undeveloped Lot – Remit $482.00
$20 Discount – Developed Lot – Remit $752.00
